Replacement part arrived today (courtesy UKWG), just fitted and all working. Thanks once again!

OK, tested the element, and it’s open circuit, so need a new one…

Any ideas folks? Some pointers for diagnosing the problem would be helpful.

    Thanks!

Re: Bosch WFF1201 with sticking door

Ok have checked the pump filter and the air-bell, all clear. I will therefore move on to the door lock, but can’t see the best way to access. Can you give me a very brief idea of which way to go – from the top, from the bottom, or does the whole front panel come off? Ta! Neil

Edit – sussed out how to get at the mechanism through the door opening. Tried the technique of a gentle thump around the handle and hey presto the door release, have then had the interlock out, checked and refitted. Initial test showed it to work, we will wait and see over the next few washes. Seems to be definitely the interlock though…

Ta for the help – Neil

OK, done that, hose was very gunged up as you predicted so thanks for the advice. However…. Neither top or bottom spray arm now spins, as far as I can tell. On opening the door there is a good 3-4″ of upward spray off the lower spray arm, but no rotation. Arm is clean and spins easily enough by hand (upper one is still stiff so will order a new one of those I think). I think the lower arm was spinning before the de-gunge – so what have I done now?! Next things to check?

    Ta!

    Power off before going in……….

Can you give a quick run down of how to get in there…? Ta!

Re: Creda Reflection 48196 double oven problem

    Hi Martin,
OK, thanks for the advice, is this something I can replace myself? I’m competent at taking things apart and putting back together again…

    🙂

If so, a part number/quote for the part would be handy…
