    No I don’t do maintenance washes, don’t know what they are! Please tell me what I should be doing.

    Water is very hard. If the tube is blocked wouldn’t it lead to overfilling.

    The high water level in the installation manual is shown well up the glass front and I have assumed that for test purposes the machine is empty of clothes, am I right?

    The sales guy in a local store says that the latest dryers have heat pumps, do the experts have any experience with these?

    Thanks for your prompt response

    Looking at the Zanussi ZDC5370, does this model compare well with the Bosch WTE84107 which gets lots recommendations on this forum. They are priced about the same.
