Thanks Sparkey it now works as we have added salt. We thought we didn’t need to as it is in the three in one tablets. Everything is much shinier that ever before now so it seems we should have put salt in a long time ago

The make and model is Bosch SGS 5302 GB
We have always used finish 3 in one tablets and didn’t have a problem until an engineer came to fix a starting problem. Since then the glasses keep being cloudy after each wash. I think it could be something to do with the hardness setting but we tried resetting it and it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
