No, you’re not forgotten, but trying to understand your problem is difficult. The machine has a flood protection system consisting of a polystyrene float and a microswitch in the tray under the machine. If there is a water leak, the tray fills with water and the flood protection system cuts off the programme and runs the drain pump – this may be the noise you are hearing. If you have water on the floor as well, the leak should be pretty easy to find as it will be a big one – hose off or split would be the obvious one to look for.
I’m afraid you’ll have to pull it out and get the covers off and look – there’s no other way. Power off for anything other than observation.
Penguin45.
There is no water on the floor but I’ll pull the machine out and look for obvious.
Cheers PenguinPenguin,
I have dried up all water from the tray, cleaned filters with a toothbrush, cleaned all debris from around filter
– I switched back on again and the start light started flashing non stop, I could hear some activity for 15 seconds and silence the start light still flashing like mad.
– Any ideas???Thanks in advance.

Penguin45.
Initially it was flooded, I dried it out and switched back on again, I could hear some water activity and then stops, the whirling noise continues and as explained there is no flashing lights and sits there for ever.
I hope it helps you to help me.Thank you Penguin.
Help PLEASE, I hope I am not forgotten.
