    Thank you Dave – much appreciated, I will take it apart on the weekend and see if I can see the Thermostat or timer board. Will it be easy to see if the thoermostat isnt working? bernt out or something?

    Is it easy to tell if it is the thermostat for the cooling fan because the cooling fan is still working when you turn the ovens on but it goes straight off when you turn the ovens off?

    Hi – i cant find a serial number anywhere on the front and we have to dismantle a cupboard to get it out which we would only rather do when we are changing a part. It is 3 years old, Smeg oven model number BM93BL – does this help?
