This is unlikely to be an element as they either work or they don’t. Even if one has gone the others will still bring the oven up to temperature it will just take longer. I think this is a problem with the thermostat regulator – you probably need anew one, try

Otherwise it could be your door seal letting heat out?

It could be a blocked pump – remove the pipe to see inside the pump.

Does the machine stop working? If the machine does not stop its probably a drain on the neutral bringing the light on, if it does stop the cycle then there may be another fault.
