Do you have the 12nc model number for it?

The dryer knob fits into a disc that then fits onto the timer. Its the disc that has the D shape that fits onto the timer spindle .

I have found 1 but not sure the part number is correct as it is on a web site and they have most likely used there own part number.Tried to order 1 from them but they have no stock.

The link with picture is http://www.cgdomestics.co.uk/index.asp? … artId=1147

    Thanks.

    Re: Whirlpool S20DRWW30

What you have read about changing both boards is probably not going to apply here as the serial no. you have given means it was made after week 30 of 2004 and its only the models before this date that had a software conflict.
If its freezing and then stops I would personaly check the defrost heater and connections to the defrost heater which somtimes expand.
    Hope this helps.

Are you talking about the flap that covers the ice dispenser chute.
If so this can be bought as a kit. Pt. no. 481244069307 for about 10 pound.

Its normaly the push button micro switch in the middle of the facia thats gone. Make sure the selector knob is set to 0 when you test it or it will not work.

This sounds like there is a problem with the tacho on the motor. Could need replacing. If you are looking yourself make sure you are safe and always unplug while checking.
    Hope this helps.
