Hi Have had the same problem, you can download the manual from whirlpool.com and possibly if your fridge is not cooling the top part of your freezer wont be either, turn the power off for 24hrs and defrost the freezer totally, behing the back plate inside the freezer compartment will also freeze a huge block of ice which will stop the fan from working which circulates the cold air into the fridge at the top, not a plesent job at this time of year coping without a fridge for a day, but it has just worked for me after an engineer came out and told me what he can do, it may save you a bill.

For a house in France I bought a similar product also Whirlpool less than 2 years ago it is a S20E and has sufferred the problems outlined by others on this site.
Shouldn’t we 176 respondents on this site alone be considering a ‘class action’ against Whirlpool?

Hi, have found this site so impressive only would of been more useful pre purchase of the same unit as others, so many others do not know of this and will keep paying out, I too consider a class action a recall of these items are needed. medication is needed to be kept at a certain tempreture plus food loss, plus call out and engerneer’s money.
