thanks brian the relay is on the main board is latching all the time and internal illumination in both sections is flashing. cheers for the responce

thanks lerch for that, front panel removal what sort of problem taking that of as the samsung have been quite tricky even with drawings at hand, any pics on the panel removal would be a great help. was hoping to get away with the rear panel only.

hi there
the usual problem with no water from the dipenser is due to the water tank frozen which is located in the fridge section at the bottom, the worm shaped tank, this sometimes freezes enough to stop the water flow getting to the disperser, heat the tank with a hair dryer to rectify.modifications have been made with regards to the water lever so make sure you get the right one for your model.

DAVE I WOULD ALSO APPECIATE THE PDF FOR THIS FF AS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON FAULT AND WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE IT AT HAND ON LAPTOP JUST IN CASE. THANKS DAVE. PETE
