Hi Dave yes Tony said he was going to do full test .I am going to re test the sensor wiring and load wiring today to see if i have over looked anything ,ill keep you informed .

Cheers Seamy i got it sorted there was a break in the NTC sensor wire pair ,found it in the end thanks for your knowledge .

Hi Seamy i will try and use a separate pair of wires to see if this may be the problem ,but have tested the wiring from the card to the motor but not put any load on them to see if they may be breaking under load .thanks for the heads up .

Ahh yes i didn’t articulate the storage procedure here did i ? the equipment goes into a large shipping container(outside) with machine covered in thick plastic bag (similar material to dpc membrane) to keep it clean from dust and debris,Jackal i have a pat tester because i am a qualified 17 edition sparks by trade .I have never had reason to doubt the storage dryness before as it is normally drier than most zone one situations in the container hence the not giving it another pat before transporting it, this latest issue will render the practice an absolute necessity now before transporting stuff to its new homes lesson learnt and de-humidifier purchased !. machine will be stripped for spares now .yes iadum i do thank you for asking 😉

Thank you for your reply Iadom No i am not in the trade as a pro but i have been repairing my and other kit for over thirty years ,with respect to insulation test yes was pat tested before it went to storage .Thanks again iadom.
The other two ,well sarcasm is never helpful ,thought i would of been treated a little better on here as a newbie on the forum ,disgraceful !.
