i hate to go against everybody but we do no call out charge and get between 30 and 40 calls a week
of that 2 or maybe 3 we dont repair or sell a machine too
on the other hand another guy with an ad in y/pages next to ours with a call out charge of £40 gets 5 to 10 calls a week
now you work out which is the better way to do business
i go out for meals with the wife in the evening he is driving a cab

take off rear panel and you will see the element with two thermostats onit
made by hotpoint/creda
go to shop@ on the left and put in 1701583 (http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/c0009556 … mostat-kit)
come as a pair so make sure you fit both only £9.74
one at a time so you don`t put them the wrong way round

she said it was stuck full of water when the fault showed
and even after clearing the fault it didn`t pump out

yeah only showed for approx 5secs
figured it may have been a bit damp from storage in warehouse
