    it will be the board (it always is)
    cheapest i have seen it is £60+vat
    so £100 job minimum 😥
    one parent family so no money (no offense meant)
    they will already have had the catalogue out and decided to buy a new one for £5.25 a week
    i would try and sell her a recon so at least you know she will have a good machine 😉

    i put fridge fan motor in the search and there were 412 motors
    admitadly quite a few are nothing like it but quite a few are v/similar
    it must be worth a look

    looking at the picture on connections there must be a motor you can get to fit once you have it off the machine and in your hands

    looking at masterpart and connections they show that number as only being the impellor and connections show a diagram of only the impellor

    i presume if its an induction motor it will be capasitor start
    so check the capasitor 😉

    do you charge more if they don`t have cash and want to pay by debit/credit cards to cover your ongoing costs for having the card machine as i am sure there not cheap to have+use

    if you click on the ise banner and look on where to buy there are a couple in surrey (don`t know how close)
    if you look through there may be another place near you
