if the water board have been doing anything with the pipes i would turn off the tap to the dishwasher and undo it at the machine end and check the filter to see if it is blocked

fairly easy job
electric off
back panel off
about 12 10mm nuts and bolts around backplate then drum pulls out
do this before getting bearings + tub seal to check drum
if thats broken use the link and buy an ISE washer
as drum v.expensiveRe: wm premature bearing failures
my workshop engineer has done about 5 in the last few months with genuine shaft and connections pattern bearings and we havent had a problem
