if you pull out the drawer as far as it will go
then sit on the floor and look at the bottom and you will see the catch
pull it down and the dispenser will pull out

as you look at the machine from the front it is on the right hand side

just checked on connections and those part numbers came up with hinges from baumatic and original
they both look the same
but just checking they are the right ones or not 😕

i would think there is a blockage or kink in the soap dispenser hose
i would call the free call out engineer back out and get him to check it again

as before i have taken the cover off and can see the fan motor but to get to the screws that hold it off i will have to drill out approx 50 rivets to get the panel off
