This reply is too late for yan but any later searchers might find it handy. Unplug the power supply first. The heater plate dropper resistance can be tested via the multipin plug on the bottom right of the 525 controller. Testing between sockets 4 and 5 (counting from the right hand side) should be 24ohms +/-3ohms. The Element track is tested between socket 6 and the neutral pin of the power plug, again 24ohms +/-3.For further component resistances, search vimeo.com
