You are right. On closer inspection, the filler pressure hose has been worn by the drum movement over time. Please could you identify the correct spare pressure hose for me. Many thanks.

Additional. More research show the pressure gauge has 2 pairs of wires. So the one that is working is the overfill one. (Looking down on the connector) I shorted out the pair nearest the front of the m/c (so simulating enough water in the drum) and hey presto, the m/c went into a normal wash cycle. Looks like the pressure switch is duff. 😀
