Thanks for your helpful suggestion Martin. I found some weird hard lumps probably calcium partly blocking the sink trap spigot by the outlet end of the hose. Ran it with a cleaner a few times and – touch wood – it seems to be back to normal.
So it was probably due to this partial blockage upsetting the bosh. They don’t like it up em!

Hi

I got the new tacho unit and put it in but as (bad) luck would have it, it wasn’t that problem and it still floods due to going into a spin cycle as soon as it fills with water.

Is there a reset that needs to be activated or any other ideas on the problem?

Is this a spare part to replace or an adjustment? Is this possible to do by a good diy’er?
