When I looked closer I realised that the led was flashing 4 times, not continuous. This indicates error code 4 (F4)

Cleaned the black grid (in the sump next to the NTC) with a toothbrush – sorted! 😀Re: Whirlpool adg7540 dishwasher cold water only
Took a chance, ordered & fitted an new NTC – no difference.
Seems to be constantly pumping out(?) for quite some time then starts to beep with rinse led lit. Any ideas? Would a full reset cure it? How do you do a rest on these machines?Re: Whirlpool adg7540 dishwasher cold water only
Looks like Johnny NTC gone again, slightly different this time, the cycle gets about 35 minutes in, seems to constantly pump/circulate for a while with water VERY hot then starts constant beeping/flashing, “rinse” led lit.
NTC measures 63k at room temp, 6.3k boiling. Before I order a new NTC can you please confirm it’s likely to be this at fault again?

Replacement NTC supplied by UKW under warranty, fitted & now all working ok. Fickle sort of beast indeed! Many thanks to Penguin45 & Dave at UKW.

Back in April the NTC failed on my whirlpool ADG7450, got a new one from UK Whitegoods, & it has been working fine until now.
The washer goes part way through a wash, water heats ok etc but then starts beeping/flashing continuously & the rinse lamp is lit.
UKW kindly offered to replace the NTC under warranty & I returned it but they’ve metered it against a new one & it is the same.
Any ideas?
ThanksNTC ordered Monday, arrived & fitted Tuesday, all working well now. Many thanks to Penguin45 for your help & UK Whitegoods for prompt despatch of NTC.

I have a similar problem with my ADG7450, dishwasher runs through complete cycle but does not heat water, although the machine heats up at the end drying part of the cycle. I have checked the NTC, reads 70kohm when cold and resistance reduces as I pour hot water over it. Checked all contacts, & wiring continuity, all OK.
If I unplug the NTC from the pcb it starts beeping and flashing continuously.
Before I spend £40 on a new part, can anyone confirm that it is the NTC that is faulty? Thanks
