Thanks guys, I haven’t had a chance to open it up again as i’ve lent out my tools to my brother. As soon as I get them back I’ll advise.
We have a temporary washing machine that the neighbour was throwing out (good timing) outside in the garden doing its thing for now… its very noisy thus why they’ve decided to get a new one. bearings i suspect!

Yes correct, only 2/3 cup fulls came out. The rest must have went down the drain pipe as per usual and i heard as such. I’ve removed the top cover but can’t see much it appears the side panels don’t come apart either. There is however a silver panel at the back.

Just checked the filter area and it is clean and the propeller freely turns.
Though when i opened up the filter area some water did come out probably 2 maybe 3 cup fulls.

If it is the pump how much am i looking at approx?

Hi Electrofix, the draining speed seems okay.
I just ran a quick wash (empty) and everything seems fine until it gets to this screen, you can hear it trying to drain. Tried to upload an image but it’s complaining about a quota issue. The screen it appears to be having issues is with ‘spinning’ yet I see no issues with the spin as I can run a spin only program and that’s fine. After a few minutes after the ‘spinning’ screen you get Error U11 unable to drain, please check hose. No issues with the waste pipe etc. So if you run it dry no issues, but if you put it on a wash program and because its taken in water we get the above 🙁
