Fixed it
Dont know if by fluke but was about to chuck it ,when being a plumbers son got me brain working ,Being a last resort i thought it may be a air lock so took the bottom spray head off and filled system with water manually ,turned on and works fine Possibly a air lock????
well its done 3 or 4 more cycles now and working fine so im a happy bunny

Had the same problem with my bosch although a different model i was close to just buying a new one ,done all the checks you have done,Thought it may be a air lock (believe this sometimes happens when moving around~) ,and seen as i was going to replace it this was a last resort,i took the bottom spray head off (just pulls off)and poured water water into the system kept putting it in till would take no more would say about 10 pints ,then closed door and turned on and it sprang into life thought it may just be the water in the system i had put in but 3 cycles later its still working fine ,i have heard sometimes they get air locks,wether this is correct im unsure but doin that has cured mine ,if you have nothing to loose give it a go
