Righto, Mr Smeg man has just been here and reckons it is the control module that has gone. Does that sound plausible? Don’t want to fork out for something that isn’t correct.

Price he is quoting is £168.00 just to buy the part… 😯

Total cost including installation is £226.91. At that price I’m having serious doubts as to whether bother fixing it, or just to bin it… 👿

Yep sorry, meant to put model in. It is a Smeg WDI 12.

Not sure about the ”No heat on wash” bit. The water is being heated. Can feel it through the glass. If that is what you meant?
