Re: Current Callout/Repair Charges for Manufacturers & B

    RocketMan wrote:Hi Folks,

I used to have a list of all charges for Manufacturers and the big sheds.
It was always useful to allow customers to compare prices. I recently had an issue with a customer about payment. He claimed I was charging him too much, even though I informed him of the charges before hand. He eventually paid but that’s another story involving the Royal Bank of Dunlop cheques.

Any way it would be handy to update and we could quote them to customers:

    I know Hotpoint charges are:

    http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … ic&t=29965
    (Part included)

At Comet we used to charge £59.95 plus parts.

    Any others would be appreciated.

hi steve one can charge what everyone like as long you have told your customer before going ,what happens if you got one call which is out in middle of nowhere?

I suppose the real problem is finding a receptacle that is big enough to completely immerse these fairly large shelves.

    Jim.

    put them in bath .
