Thanks for this – but being a novice, a silly question I know, but how do you access these tubes, pipes and matrix? 😀

Thanks for all these tips. The pump is working, it is draining away some of the water but not all, the drainage hose is not blocked so we are still at a loss as to what the problem is! The dishes are coming out clean though, so if anyone has any other thoughts they would be much appreciated.
