    No, I don’t have a multimeter, but will suggest the guy coming round looks at this, this afternoon…. thanks.

    Thanks Andy, as I am based in Prague, I doubt the search for an engineer function would extend this far east….. which is why I was pinning my hopes on a better remote diagnosis.

    Thanks, there were a number of possibilities offered up by Iadom, but if the PCB is the main suspect, I might go for that (that would be the ECU, yes?).

    Does anyone have an idea where the best/cheapest place would be, to go to buy one? 😕

    So, no-one has any idea what the relatively specific fault description can point to?

    Thanks, are you telling me that I shouldn’t even bother with more repair quotes, and just buy a new model?
