    Many Thanks for the kind words about my purchase Adam. Coming back and reading this thread I am now wondering if I have made the right choice.

    my machine is for household use, obviously I am not aware of the small print in miele contract as I have not received it yet. Many people have expressed good experiences and long usage from meile. The ISE seems a good machine and seems to have very strong followers, perhaps I should have looked a little bit more…?

    I will endeavor to read with interest more on ISE and perhaps next time…

    No I did not, just had a read and looks a fine machine as you say. My purchase is made and I am still happy with my choice. Meile will definitely still be around in 9 3/4yrs if I need them, do not know enough about this company as yet. Very interesting stuff though thanx for the info.

    As for the price difference I paid less for the Meile than the ISE10 used a discount code em4646 edsave with empire direct got machine for £788 delivered.

    Thanks for the reply i am a very much undecided if to pursue repair it now keeps cutting out at random whilst on dry whole display goes out drum stops comes back on sometimes drying time resets back to selected initial time sometimes not.

    had for 8yrs had 3 water pumps 2 door switches a heating element on dryer on its second moter had a new brain abot 2 1/2yrs ago, perhaps its time to say enough is enough this latest fault has me stumped
    bad wiring sensor Motor i just dont know
