I thought it the ‘impeller’ was a seperate box. Anyhow, just about to give it one last go this a.m., drained it all out (again), looked inside and saw what you meant – the fins – and there was the b*gger – a nail obviously from my little’uns collection!!

If you were ’round here I’d take you for a pint – or two

Thanks for that. I took the 2 screws oof the base of the front. Do I need to take the rubber seal off the drum (scary……) because the front only moves forward a few inches?

How do I get to that. the back of the machine? (the base has a plate I can’t get off – the back has some kind of weird headed bolts)
