Help required fitted new defrost sensor to appliance lasted for about 4 wks same old problems occurring fridge temp flashing and not cooling refrigerator side any help would be appreciated.

yes the appliance needs to be switched off to carry out any repair !!.I recomend 24hrs with both doors open to make sure it has defrosted completely.
They are easy to replace as they can only be fitted into the correct plug unless you force it.

I have received the part today, a Fridge Thermistor, is this the correct part, the part number is SAMDA3200024B, ordered from the website, as the cable is blue and you did mention it would be yellow.Thanks

ParticipantOrdered part DA3200024B does the fridge freezer need to be switched off for installation and if so for how long.

do you have any noise coming from the fan ?

I have tried this, and I cannot feel any air coming out of the vents at the rear of the fridge, the unit only appears to be serviced by 1 fan which is located in the rear of the freezer, do you know anything I can try to get these working.Thanks
