So second attempt I tried a 90 wash (shouldn’t have made any difference, but a longer wash?) that went back to ‘Ready’ 4 times during the wash.

This morning tried another 40 wash, and it went back to ‘Ready’ twice. The second time when it went to ‘Ready’ I pressed the Start button and it immediately went back to ‘Ready’. Did it again and it carried on to the end.

I didnt disconnect the thermostat for these washes, just the heating element.

Tried that and a 40 degree wash – and it seems totally happy.

I’ll try it again when it finishes.

Just tried that – and yes that worked fine all the way.

So I tried a 40 degree wash again – went for about 1 min, back to ‘ready’
