    Well I just spoke to them, not impressed I’m afraid.

    They will charge £30 for a call out fee, £45 to tell me what the fault is (ie it’s not working!) and then charge me for labour and parts on top!

    Despite the fault having been intermittant within the 12 month period (I’ve just put it down to me not shutting door properly), which I now know definately not to be the case, they are unwilling to take this into consideration.

    I am loathe to pay £75 to be told my fridge doesn’t work and then have to pay x amount on top for a repair. I may as well buy a new one, which goes against my principles, it’s not exactly environmentally friendly 👿

    Hmm, don’t really have the cash to buy a new one and I’ve only had it a year. Any idea how much a new compressor and labour will cost?

    I really liked the small neat size of it (and it’s silver) any recommendations if I am forced to buy an alternative?
