    can i say

    customer is king

    but customer suppose to pay for a service not a flooded kitchen

    if not able call out fee of 40 or 50 pounds is ok

    but leaving a customer with no machine and no answer to problem is not
    realy customer beeing a king

    i try to help people

    not always welcomed tho

    remove top
    remove front
    remove belt from shaft
    remove drum
    remove fan
    remove clips
    remove motor
    ring whirlpool
    and a friendly engineer makes all f.o right again for you

    not realy hardest thing is removing fan

    make sure u got motor and fan b4 u start

    drawer rear from left to right

    electric/ water / drain

    removed drawer to get to mainsfilter today

    needed new mainsfilter and wireloom and controlboard
    then a heater aswell

    just becource a bit of water

    but all back to work and me wet

    shal i have some friet stoofvlees met mayonaise

    i think i deserved it

    brugge tripple / duval to be tried

    he look for the belgium bellie all nice belgium beers

    many pubs in manchester and dont forget to invite me

    even as a belgium

    u should give me a contact number tomorrow saturday i go to
    a job and can tell you preciese how it done

    remember take a picture b4 doing anything
    u must have a camera on mobile

    then do it in reverse order

    and if that doesnt help ring F&P

    there always a good engineer around

    sorrie as the F&P engineer for manchester area’s i think you
    made a mistake

    1. are the hoses in the right order water/electric/drainhose

    look ad the other drawer to make sure they in the same place

    2. on the back of the drawers there are 2 lockers

    are they both unlocked

    3 !!! u didnt leave any tools inside !!! easy done

    dont think its the temp probe

    check drainhose if possioned high enough

    drains freely

    if probe usely cuts out after 10 minutes
    ( still possibly that it happens after much longer then that )
    but then i think u got a lot of foam inside ( mis reading )

    and i would check pressureswitch ( membraamswitch )

    just a thought

    o yes do change the interlock intemittants faults can cause

    pcb’s to warm up and then booooooooooooooom

    is the fuse checked ???
    is the light coming on ?
    is the fan coming on ?
    is the electric meter pre paid
    if so replace the fan element
