You are correct I never use the Conventional part, just thought I would try it to see if that info helps pinpoint problem. The surface of the oven does get hot when on Conventional setting. Shall I try to replace the fan element first or the fan and bottom element? Is there a good tutorial you could recommend for me to do this?
