I was able to get one of the replacement sensors from a local stockist, have just stripped the oven down but it doesnt have that part anywhere so i guess it must be something elso. I noticed on the top of the fan duct there are what look like 3 sensors, i’m guessing it may be one of those that has failed, but how do i know which one if it is that? hoping someone may be able to help.

Thanks for your help, I will give that a try. I assume this is accessed via the top panel of the oven behind the controls.
