    Thanks Dave,

I’m sorry if I havent been clear about my requirements I’m an amateur at this kinda stuff.
I realise my post say door handle problem but it’s actually the inner trim piece of a door for a bosch washing machine model number wfh2461FG/10 that I desperately require.
    I’m sorry for any misunderstanding.
I’ve located the part on part master but it is out of stock and I dont know where else to look?
Please any help would be really appreciated

find the Bosch site for your country, then find the parts section. there will be breakdown diagrams and part numbers for all parts available

    Thanks Dave, you’re a star.

    Update…

So the inner section of the door is broken meaning the door catch will not hold any longer.

I need to buy an inner section of the door to replace it. I’ve been looking on spare part sites but dont seem to find one that fits a bosch wfh 2461?

    Any ideas?

    Hi Dave,

Sorry I meant to say, thank you for your quick responses. Your help is REALLY appreciated!
So, this is the first time we have had a problem with this dishwasher. We have never used or even know of a timer on it.
All I can tell you is we switch it on, it beeps 5 times and the far left light on the display flashes (sorry the little icons have worn off over time)
And the pump continues all the time.
I’ve tried boiling water and the pump just clears the water and continues to work.
    I’m stumped.hu
Is there a way of resetting the machine?

    Thank you

    UPDATE!

So, inspired I had another look this morning.
I managed to remove the plastic front cover behind the kick plate and inspect the drip tray which is completely dry?
the pump still runs constantly and the machine beeps 5 times?
Do I need a new pump?

    Hello,
I have a Smeg Dishwasher Model STA6248-9 that refuses to stop draining?
I have read the overflow thing but cant seem to gain access to the drip tray beneath the machine. When I remove the kick plate beneath the machine I am confronted with a plastic panel with no visible screws or fastening? Not being overly technically minded this has me baffled. Can anyone help?
