i’ve just checked and you’re right it is 2 years. someone told me it was only one year, and i assumed that they knew this for sure…

i’m on the phone to lg now, i’m assuming they’ll send someone to have a look, should i tell them that i’ve had a look inside/taken the machine apart a bit, or would that void the warranty?
it’s the second time we have had trouble with it so it has been opened (by people from lg) since we bought it.
