    Please BE AWARE THAT THE kitchensoldham rocksolidkitchens ARE THE SAME DOGGY COMPANY AND BECAUSE THE RUINED PEOPLE LIFE THEY NOW CHANGED THE NAME, I AM SURPRISED HOW THE AUTHORITY GIVE THE THE PERMISSION TO TRADE.

    Please DO NOT, YES DO NOT buy from this site: (http://www.rocksolidkitchens.co.uk) anything, I think they are the most rude fradulant and cunning people I have ever known in my life. I have ordered complete kitchen for about over £1600 and I trusted the agent Henry to design and order my needs for the kitchen. At first I DID ask him if there is no possibilty to deliver it within a week then I will not bother to order and I will go to get it from IKEA but he promised to get me all the kitchen on Friday 28 of Sep 07, the kitchen arrived at the time but all were wrong just couple of units were the same that I asked for.
    I called the agent and he said I should speak to the customer service which I did but to tell you I HAVE NEVER come across with such a bunch of uneducated and disrespect people in my life, these girls were so annoying and narrow minded, they hold me for hours but no answer. dozen time they picked up and hanged up the phone on me and every time they ask the same annying question specially one of the called {Edited out by Admin, please do not get personal}.
    To be honest I got sick of them and called the agent o talk to them as I could speak and explain the case to the custome service. He promised to talk to the upper level people and he did but come back to me and saying there is no hope from them. I already asked other company and booked the date to come and fit the granie worktops and kichen units this Monday 08/10/07 and paid them couple of thousand pounds for the job but the units still has not arrived and the Hood, Sink, unit legs, most of the units are the wrong one and has not been replaced.
    I am going round the circule and do not know what to do, I am thinking to go to the rocksolidkitchens office at Maple MIll, Cardwell Street, Oldham OL8 2AG to find any decent person at all there to speak to.

    This company is very doggy and fradulant, I am very surprised that there is no government authority, or trade organisation to monitor them and listen to the misery of the buyer.
    Is there any department within the Govenment to listen and does anyone know a telephone number to contact and get some help please.
    I never heared about {Edited out by Admin, please do not get personal}, but after this I can see everywhere this name associated with cheating and fraud.
    Mr {Edited out by Admin, please do not get personal} if you have a little decency and if you realy an human being and do respect the humanity please sort out my problem.
    Perhaps the Council of Manchester and Oldhan is aware of the situation but DO NOT care at all to shut down their office and warehouse.
    Please there is anyone in Manchester Council to read this and give me a help?
    I just need a help and getting frastrated to sort out my problems with this company, but if you are an individual and kind and caring person help me and let me know what to do, shal I go to their office demand my right, go to Police, ask the Justice system??????????????
    PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND MAKE YOU SICK.
    I AM DISGUSTED BY THIS COMPANY AND SPECIALLY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE, THEY SAY YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, IS IT TRUE?? ARE THEY ABOVE THE LAW? AND IS IT SO EASY TO SET UP AN CEAP AND FRADULANT TRADING COMPANY AND CREATE FRASTRATION AND TROUBLE FOR THE CUSTOMER WHO PUT THEIR TRUST IN THE SYSTEM!!!. THEY ALL KNOW THAT NO BODY CAN TOUCH AND CATCH THEM, AS IN THIS SYSTEM THERE IS NO OTHER WAYS TO PUT YOUR FRASTRATION FORWARD TO ANYONE BUT ON THIS WEBLOG.
    I NEED YOUR HELP DESPERATELY.
    PLEASE MAKE AWARE EVERYONE.

If I am ignored, I will file an official complaint and get in touch with Trading Standards.aRE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THESE MISERY OF YOUR CUSTOMER {Edited out by Admin, please do not get personal}. I would much rather avoid this action though. I just want the matter resolved.
    YES AND DO NOT THINK THEY ARE VERY DECENT AS THEY APPEAR IN THE RESONSE EMAILS FOR OTHERS I HAVE HOLDING THE TELEPHONE RECIEVERS FOR AGES BUT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE A BUNCH OF AWFUL PEOPLE.
