many thanks for the swift response. The hose supplied is a small bore semi rigid plastic type but I have already removed it and checked the inline plastic filter in the pipe & the filter in the inlet to the dishwasher – all was well with plenty of pressure/flow from the connection. The Dishwasher must be getting the water in as there is plenty of water pumped out when the cycle starts. From what I understand something is preventing the dishwasher detecting the water in the machine or it is not allowing it reach the correct level – the wash cycle therefore does not start. I am happy to remove the LH side panel & have a look (with the power off). Can you point me in the right direction and advise what to check for?Regards
