    Re: AW23 soap hose

    Steve,
I have had to return to both of my problem machines and replace soap hose’s again. Do you have any idea why the drum appears to be sitting higher on the later machines?
I have resorted to Mike’s solution of cutting off some of the tub rim on both machines, but this is not a satisfactory solution and hacking bits off someone’s new machine looks very unprofessional. Any one else experienced this problem and found a better solution?

    Regards Ron.

    Re: Call Forwarding

Take a look at O2 land line offer. Transfer your BT line rental to O2 and it seems you get 2000 mins of calls to any O2 number per month. Line rental is £13.50 per month plus 50p for call divert. They tell me that all calls diverted to your own O2 mobile number will come out of the 2000 free mins. Am I missing something?

    Re: AW23 soap hose problem.

    Hi Steve,
Had exactly the same fault yesterday, not even reported it yet. Replaced with hose from stock machine to keep customer happy. Some time ago I had a similar problem. The customer complaint was noisy machine. It turned out to be the tub front/rear flange banging the soap draw dispenser/hose during distribution speed when the drum has most movement. This would soon have worn a hole in the hose. I eventually cured this by replacing the left hand (single) suspension leg. Interestingly I have recently had to go back and change the other two suspension legs.
If the new soap dispenser hose I have just fitted gets damaged again I will suggest replacing all three suspension legs as well as the hose.
    Regards Ron

    Evening Jim,
Yes forgot to mention, already checked rear spring OK. On reflection, the distribution speed did seem rather slow. This may result in-uneven loads causing the tub to move too much and hit the soap box. But the oob should prevent that! Suspension legs look fine but I may recall and compare stiffness with good machine????????

    Re: ISE2 Not Taking Conditioner

I had already changed soap draw and syphoning tube which did not help so Sean sent me replacement soap box, inlet valve and hoses. Returned old parts to him for testing. (any faults Sean) This seems to have cured the fault as I have not heard from the customer since. Let us Know how you get on Jim.
    Regards Ron.

Thanks for that suggestion. I will check water pressure on my next visit. I have to get this sorted by Thursday if possible. Any other ideas as what I might check?

Thanks for the link Sean. I have already changed the draw and syphoning tube but the problem is still the same. Fabric softener is flushing away o.k. but leaving compartment full of clean water. Any suggestions.

I am trying to complete the pdf Warranty Registration document for my first sale of the new ISE 5 which I would then email to David. However the drop down options for model only offers the old CI555WH model no.
    Advise Please! Ron
