Hi John, Thanks for the update. I had a definite sale based on original delivery dates which I will try to salvage but I don’t want to suggest a new date and let her down again. How reliable are the revised delivery dates? Also any news leaflets to leave with customers on the new products. Many thanks.. Ron

    Re: ISE 10 rinse hold

I have told my customers that the delayed start is a better option than rinse hold, allowing them to set the start time so that the wash finishes as they arrive home or get up in the morning. So far no complaints.

Hi Ally, I had the same problem a few months ago. So did John Clarke. You can see our previous thread bellow http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … hlight=ron

Excellent Ken, just what we have been waiting for. Are you hoping to get it printed professionally as a glossy brochure?

    Re: ISE2 & 10 tech info

Thanks for that Jim. It seems our request regarding ISE2 info have been answered on the other forum on the “For Those That Missed It” thread. Thanks for that Ken. Jim, I wonder if you or anyone else has any comment on my earlier post on that thread regarding the retail price of the ISE2. Perhaps a separate thread on that subject may be better.

    Re: ISE10…

I delivered my 1st ISE 10 last week. Still waiting for her to decide weather to keep the 1400 machine and save £100 or wait for the 1600 but I did ask her for feed back on machine. She is absolutely delighted but has one criticism. She is having trouble closing the inner door because of the movement of the drum and door as she tries to close it. I have to admit I did notice this when I installed it. Any advice I could pass on to her and future customers would be appreciated

Re: For Those That Missed It…

Regarding the retail price of the ISE2. I think it would be a good idea if we were all selling at the same price as I assume we are with the ISE 5 and the ISE 10. A survey of what each of us think may be useful and we may be able to get some agreement. I think that Barrie’s suggestion of £279 including delivery and installation sounds about right

Yes Jim I have to agree. I am expecting my 1st delivery of ISE 2’s next week. One is already sold but I have another customer who wants more info.ie dimensions, min wash temp. wash times etc. and I have to keep putting her off. Ken you did promise us a pdf file of info???? We need something to print which we can leave with customers for both the 2& 10

Ken, you mentioned earlier that you were working on making a pdf file available for the ISE 2 spec. Is that available yet. I am looking for info to print and leave with customers. What price are others going to be selling at? I thought maybe £250

    Re: ISE10…

John, I have just delivered and installed the ISE 10 which you very kindly bought all the way down to me on Friday(both me and my customer appreciate your efforts). However we do seem to have a problem. I would agree with Martin. the machine has 3 spin options…no spin…800…1400 and is clearly identified on the fascia as AA rated. this not what she was expecting from the information I had given her and indeed from the ISE website. It should be AAA rated & 1600 spin. Very impressed with machine quality and intuitive controls, but had problems with the very rigid inlet hose which did not want to wriggle through holes in sink unit. Perhaps the batch that were sent by road are the wrong spec. and the ones coming by sea are correct. I hope you can clear this up for us John and await your advice before invoicing my customer.

I am a relatively new member and have found the site extremely useful. It has indeed made my business more profitable and I would not hesitate in subscribing. I have not seen or heard of a subscription amount or method of payment. Please point me in the right direction.
