So it turns out this has an entry on their support site: https://www.support.emea.electrolux.com/en-ie/Laundry/02_Washer_-_Dryer/Washer_-_dryer_does_not_switch_on_after_a_drying_cycle

Report error code DM. Suppose I’ll be phoning them, then.

That’s great, thanks for the help. Just didn’t want to be ignoring any potential problem that might be damaging the pump.

Looked at a few videos of this on Youtube; yeah, that looks like what it is alright. Thanks for the help. Is it safe enough to keep using the machine in the short term until I get this sorted out?
