Many thanks for your reply. I have looked inside and the part you mentioned is riveted. From the back there is a circlip and washer nothing else. Is there something else on the inside as there doesn’t seem much to it, just a hole with a shaft going through it. What about the drum, can that rub on anything at all?

What do you mean by read this, do you need the model number? If so there is a sticker on the back that says 5kg 37751, hope this helps.
