Hi, did you ever get to the bottom of this? I’m having the same problem.
The recirculation pump had load of play at the impeller so I changed that .

The drain pump seems to be working because it drains water on the rinse cycle. I read the comments about the pumps failing when hot. Can anyone confirm this?
