Thank you for your quick reply and pointers on the safety aspects which are as you say are most important. I will pass the info on. My colleagues are interested in trying new things and have a good stone supplier so the top can have any recesses required but will highlight the liability factor. The plumber may have considered the corgi aspects but I havent spoken to him yet, will pass on your info as im sure it will be very valuable and they may have 🙂 some more questions!
