    This is driving me
mad. Found some screws at the rear. Can’t see any on the sides. “Burners offers”… it’s a ceramic job. Make any difference? Still liftable?

Cheers. Ok- you know what’s coming next! How do I lift the job deck? Is it fastened to main body / sides anywhere? Worried about just pulling it! Forgive what must sound like stupid questions.

Thanks. Any clues (anyone) on how to get front panel off?! Looks like a straightforward part to replace- once I can get at it!

Ok- in the boxes around CE… to the left, just “Made in Italy”. To the right of CE it says Nr 2004. Below CE it has VAC 230 kw16.2 Hz50. Further to the right it has a box with The model details (SI-E107-L-S) and 04130636 underneath. Next box CAT II 2H3+ G20 G30 G31, under that it says GAS and under that : P mbar 20 28 37 0

Found the label and, although it looks similar to the one in your article, no ART. Have attached pic.

Similar problem. Need to replace the timer in a 100cm Electric. It’s a SIE10TLS/K240100S. Can’t find a serial number. How do I take front panel off? There are two screws on the underside of the panel, but can’t see how top of panel is secured.

    Thanks…
My plan is to replace them both (‘cos both the fridge and freezer keep “Overheating”?) and cross my fingers!!!!

    Thanks Bryan
I’ve looked at the spares page and I’m not sure which sensor I need. Is the fridge and freezer sensor the same? Apologies if this is getting to be a bit of a pain!

    Re: Samsung fridge freezer problem

Bryan… tried the test again this morning and it’s still blank. Held top right, top left buttons; everything lights up then everything goes blank. After around 20 seconds, display returns to normal. Currently flashing on -20 for freezer and 3 for fridge. Appliance silent.
Turned it off and back on, freezer now on 5 and fridge on 12. Can now be heard “working”.

    Re: Samsung fridge freezer problem

    Hello Bryan
Although the fridge/freezer hasn’t been on for 12 hours yet (I re-started it about an hour ago), I tried what you said. First of all the whole panel lights up, then it all goes off. The display stays blank for about 20 seconds then returns to normal. When it was off, there were no bars.

Both the fridge and freezer temperatures go up. This is after the fan (?) goes off and all goes quiet. Fridge eventually up to 18/19 degrees, freezer up to around 5 or 6. If I turn everything off and then back on again, the appliance seems to restart and the temperatures start to drop again.

At the weekend, I took the cover off as I had heard that the fan sometimes ices over. It seemed ok and was able to spin pretty freely.

    Thanks
    Steve
