    Thats the part no the lady gave me over the phone from here, I have checked c00218671 and it is exactly the one, thats very helpful thanks.

    Its a 2000 model I think, when I checked the website affiliated with my company for parts it said “needs configuration” (3rd pic down) £85 delivered.

    Both parts from website look exactly the same, I didnt want to buy and then find out it needs attaching to a machine or eeprom dump, the dosy sales people didnt know what it meant either.

    Heres 2 pics of mine and 3rd pic is the one I will be buying (in fairness to this website I have masked details)

    Thanks in advance, any tips most appreciated..Whitegoods dont stock it anymore, anywhere else thats cheap?
