    Well, it’s a month later and this machine is in the process of being replaced. There were still no lights to indicate error codes, so an engineer visited. He diagnosed a ‘hole in the drum’ meaning the whole machione needs to be replaced. Might be useful to anyone else who finds they have a sudden large leak.

    Many thanks for the reply Penguin45. Today was the first chance I’ve had to take a look, so I took off the door and un-screwed/clipped the base panel. There was a bit of water in there, but I couldn’t see any split or unclipped hoses. Should I be looking at any particular / common hose?

    There were no fault lights last time it was on, but now it’s had a few days to dry out (and i’ve scooped out the water still in the machine) I’ll pop it on and see if I get any lights.
