i have exactly the same fault on my hoover nextra 7.5kg HFN7613

it fills up fine, empties fine, but just before it’s due to fill for a rinse, it freezes, but if i put it on an independent spin or rinse, it does it all ok, oh, and if i put my laundry on a daily 44min/ daily 29min wash, it’s ok too.

this fault only happens on the main washes, and my machine is nearly 4yrs old.
