    Hey thanks for your suggestions, yes it was the Jockey/Pulley wheels, I gave them a good lathering of grease and silence is golden for the past four months,
    Shame I may have to repeat the process in the future, SHAME on Hoover and their alleged product testing

    Many thanks for replying, but thicko here needs an idea where I can find them? Are they like guider wheels for the drum underneath?
