    You need a test meter and the skills to use it in order to circuit test forf the exact fault.

    If you are unable to do this, please use the repairs@ option to find a UKW engineer in your area.

    Yes, grill and top oven work fine. Tried power off / back on , no change.

    Seem to have found the problem, there is a two position switch activated (or not ) by the level of a piece of polystyrene… one of the connections shows sign of a short circuit, disconnecting this, the pump stops and machine fills and emptys ok….

    What information do I need to get hold of a replacement switch ?

    Can’t seem to find a leak… any way to override the flood protection, even temporarily ?

    Element ordered Thursday, arrived Saturday , fitted it later that day all sorted ! Many thanks for the quick help, a great resource and service.

    i will check the door for the full model number.

    One further thing , to replace the element, can this be done entirely from inside the oven or do I need to have access to the rear of it ?
