    Ok, there is no water in the base and I have the side of the machine off also and the red float has not raised to shut system off.

    Any idea on next move?

    Hi, I am trying to get the metal plinth off, but not so easy with the built in facia on it, however I can’t remember how I affixed it, please can you let me know how to remove the decorative facia?

    Hi,

    Sorry have been away on business, I have time to look now.
    So there is water in the base of the unit when you open the dishwasher door. I have taken the decorative kitchen plinth off and there is no viewing of the internals of the dishwasher, what should I remove to assess water lying in the base?
