Thanks so much for the answer. That came loose once before, so makes sense. Steve

Thanks,
I’ll look tomorrow to check the connections etc. Have not read the email yet, but the answer to a spares enquiry to Whitegoods, says the thermistor cannot be bought sepearately but is part of something else £60+. My wife read the email so, until I read it, I,m sounding vague.

Thanks Helo-75, that’s very helpful. I will investigated to see if there is a lose wire or if it needs replacing.
I have previously replaced the heater element successfully. Where is the
thermistor usually located?smwaverider
ParticipantRe: Samsung Q1435 Error H1. Will only do quickwash.
great,
I’ve put in a parts request on the Whitegoods’ site.
Good site,
Thanks,

HE or HE1 is a temperature or heater fault. So if water not heating a new heater is required.
MikeWow, thanks Mike for such a rapid reply. As you said, the error probably is HE or HE1 rather than H1. It’s been a while since I tested the full cycle. Any idea why the error does not occur with a ‘quick wash’? I’ll try a new heater. What is the best source for these Samsung spares? I am an electronics engineer so am capable of fitting.
Thanks again,
